Increased productivity and improved weld quality are two major factors which
pursuaded PMF Holdings Limited to install a robot welding system. The recently
installed system incorporates a Motoman welding robot working in conjunction
with an end changer turntable. The system will weld a number of designs of
tubular steel chairs together with a range of the companies other fabricated
products. |

Farmer to program, operate and maintain his new robot system in a couple
of days. In the picture above, Paul can be seen teaching the robot to weld one of several designs of tubular chairs. In only a few hours, he, with the help of Robotix, was confidently using the teach pendant, teaching and repeating welding programs like an old hand. |
