High-speed palletising ROBOT with wide operating area

The FANUC ROBOT M-MODEL 410iHS is one of a range of vertically articulated type robots, specially designed for high-speed handling applications.

It has a wide motion range and almost no interference behind robot.

The M-410i is used for various kinds of applications such as handling boxes, bags, printed matters and foods.

And the M-410i is ready to contribute significantly to Factory Automation today and on into the future.
FEATURES :

The M-410i series robots feature maximum speed and reliability. Their rotary axis kinematics achieve the highest throughput in palletising.

The M-410iHS and M-410iHW achieve the highest motion performance of palletising robots in the world.

There are two versions with different wrist load capacities :

Payload up to 100kg : FANUC Robot M-410iHS,

Payload up to 250kg : FANUC Robot M-410iHW.

Maximum throughput is offered by the enhanced mechanical unit and the latest motion control technology.

M-410iHS : maximum throughput is 1800 cycles per hour with 60kg payload,

H-410iHW : maximum throughput is 1000 cycles per hour with 200kg payload.

Two types of robot base frame are available for buildings with normal or low ceilings.

The J1 axis range of 360 degrees permits the robot to access workpieces behind itself.

he control unit is integrated into the robot base. Installation is easy, because robot connection cables are avoided.

The end effector I/O cables can easily be routed through the hollow wrist mechanism, thus protecting the cable against damage and wear.

A
servo-hand can be controlled ( servo-hand function ), which can grip workpieces of different sizes with control of the gripping force.

S
pecial palletizing software is available, which generates programs easilt on the teach pendant.

For offline programming ( not requiring expert skills ) interactive PC software is available. The PC is connected to the robot controller via a serial link.
