FANUC Robot M Model 410i / iW / iWX / iT
High speed palletising ROBOT with large work envelope
It has a wide motion range and almost no interference behind robot.
The M-410i is used for various kinds of applications such as handling boxes, bags, printed matters and foods.
And the M-410i is ready to contribute significantly to Factory Automation today and on into the future.
Three type of robots are available with different wrist load capacities.
FANUC ROBOT M410i : Payload of 60kg,
FANUC ROBOT M410iW : Payload of 100kg,
FANUC ROBOT M410iWX : Payload of 155kg.
Model M410iT, which offers an elevated operating area, is also available.
High throughput capacity is provided by the introduction of advance motion control technology proven in spot welding robots.
M410i : Maximum of 1200 cycles per hour,
M410iW : Maximum of 1100 cycles per hour,
M410iWX : Maximum of 1000 cycles per hour.
The widest operating area for this type of robot is provided ( 1600 x 1600 x 2100(h) mm ). 360 degree rotation of J-1 axis enables access behind the robot.
The control unit is integrated into the robot base. Connection cables are not required thus providing easy installation.
A hollow wrist mechanism is adopted so that gripper I/O can be connected through the hole easily to avoid any problems with hose or cable breakage.
A servo-gripper function which enables the gripper to match with different sizes of products and can control the gripping force, and palletizing software which generates programs easily on the teach pendant are available.
PC software is also available. It includes animation and can be operated with little training. The PC is connected to the robot controller using a cable.
